A Journey in Ink

Welcome to iMage Brand Tattooing, where art, passion, and personal expression come together in ink. Since June 2025, I’ve been on a transformative journey—honing my craft, exploring unique styles, and bringing meaningful designs to life.

Tattooing is more than just skin-deep; it’s a powerful form of storytelling. Whether it’s bold, intricate, minimalist, or something completely original, every piece I create is a reflection of individuality and artistry.

At iMage Brand, I’m committed to delivering precision, creativity, and a personalized experience for every client. Whether you’re looking for your first tattoo or adding another chapter to your collection, let’s make something unforgettable together.

Join me in this journey—where every inked design is a masterpiece waiting to be told.

Motherly Guardian

This was the iMage I created for my first tattooing attempt, designed as a foundational exercise to refine my technique. The focus was on mastering precise straight lines and experimenting with deep black shading alongside delicate stipple shading, pushing my skills forward in both control and depth.

First Tattoo Attempt – One Week In

Before diving into formal training, I took my first steps into tattooing with sheer determination and a hunger to learn. After just one week of practicing, I completed my first tattoo attempt—an exercise in control, technique, and understanding how ink works on (fake) skin.

This iMage showcases my initial attempt, highlighting the lessons learned, challenges faced, and the raw, unfiltered beginnings of my craft. Every line, every detail was a stepping stone toward improvement.

Tattoo Method Pro – Guided Progress

As part of my growth, I enrolled in Ben Fisher's Tattoo Method Pro to refine my skills with structured guidance. This iMage features my first course exercise, slightly adapted for my personal learning approach, while focusing on technique and basics of line work- with minimal shading.

My Current Tattooing Setup – June 2025

With more experience comes refinement in equipment. This section showcases the tools I’m currently working with:

  • Tattoo Machine: Poseidon Tattoo Pen

  • Ink Selection: Hawink Super Black & various colored inks

  • Supplies & Equipment: Tattooing essentials from InkSoul

While I use these products to develop my craft, I am not sponsored by these brands—my selections are purely based on performance and preference as I continue to explore what works best for my style.

🔥 AUG/SEPT 2025: Precision in Progress — iMage Tattoo Training Update

The journey to mastering the art of tattooing is paved with patience, repetition, and relentless attention to detail. Over the past two months, I’ve been deep in the trenches—drilling the fundamentals that form the backbone of great tattoo work. This season’s focus: straight-line precision.

To build a solid technical foundation, I’ve worked through 20+ double-sided synthetic mats, each one a canvas for refining my control, consistency, and confidence with the machine. These drills aren’t flashy—but they’re essential. Every line laid is a step closer to the level of craftsmanship I envision for the iMage brand.

Each drill session has centered around one deceptively simple shape: the square. Repeated dozens of times across the mat surface, this exercise forces me to tattoo straight lines in every direction—horizontal, vertical, and diagonal—without shortcuts or room to disguise errors.

The square’s structure demands full control of hand speed, needle depth, and machine angle, making it a perfect tool for exposing inconsistencies and refining technique. By committing to this method, I’ve built a rhythm that mirrors real tattoo flow, training my muscle memory and sharpening my eye for precision with every pass.

This phase of my development has been shaped by a structured approach rooted in technical discipline and foundational mastery. Over the past two months, I’ve immersed myself in focused drills—guided in part by Ben Fisher’s Tattoo Method Pro—to refine the basics and build lasting precision. But the real evolution happens in how I’ve internalized those lessons and adapted them to the iMage ethos, where clean execution meets creative intent.

To wrap up this update, I’ll be sharing a final image from my most recent drill exercise—a visual checkpoint of my current skill level and a glimpse into the direction I’m heading.

My current tattoo machine—the DragonHawk Fold Pro from Maple Tattoo Supply—is a powerhouse of precision and versatility.

Designed for professional-grade performance, it features seven adjustable stroke lengths ranging from 2.4mm to 4.2mm, allowing seamless transitions between lining, shading, and blending. This flexibility has been crucial in my training, especially as I drill foundational techniques like straight-line work. Powered by the Mcore-C2 motor, the Fold Pro delivers ultra-smooth operation with consistent torque and minimal vibration, making it ideal for both practice mats and real skin. Its cordless design gives me complete freedom of movement, helping me focus on flow and form without being tethered to a power supply. The direct drive system ensures clean ink delivery and a quiet, snag-free experience—perfect for building confidence and control. As I continue refining my skills under the iMage brand, this machine has become more than just a tool—it’s an extension of my intent, helping translate discipline into artistry with every line I lay.
